Wuxi Huatong Copper Co., Ltd., a joint venture with Hong Kong, is an appointed manufacturer of copper alloy tubing by Railway Ministry of China. We located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, Which city is very near to Shanghai City. It's only 50 minutes by railway between Wuxi and Shangai.

We have professional technicians and a stable team of staff members. Our company covers an area of 8000 square meters, with a 12, 000 square meters of construction area in process. With a series of production lines including incoming inspection of raw materials, smelting, extruding, drawing and packing. Each process has been strictly inspected by our technical staff. Our making process consists of raw material bay, smelting bay, hot extruding bay, hot rolled bay in the hot processing workshop and packing bay, cold rolled bay, cold drawn bay, and mould metalworking in the cold processing workshop. With a view of improving the fluency of manufacturing process, we make our every effort to improve the efficiency of all facilities.

In order to control all the manufacture processes and the quality of raw materials, we have a professional lab to keep in charge of the inspection about mechanical characters, physical characters and chemical composition.

Main inspection equipment: Energetic Atomic Absorption Spectrometers, Direct-reading Spectrograph, Atomic Weighing Apparatus, Universal Tensile Testing Machines, Spectrum Colorimeters, Light Thickness Gauges, and Breinell Testers

Auxiliary equipment: 16 roller straightening machines, 50T hydraulic tension straightening machines, 5000KG vacuum furnaces, and aging temperature-controlled furnaces
